What happens when you unlock your device?

 

The device becomes free from the original branded carrier to enable the ability to function on any GSM carrier that supports the bands the device carrys.

Q: What information is needed so that you can unlock my phone in a timely manner?

A:    We will need your IMEI number that can be found when you key in *#06# from your phones dialpad, it is a 15 digit number.  May also look under options and then status on BlackBerry Devices. Sometimes you will see a 17 digit number, please only include the 1st 15 digits when you enter the IMEI number during the checkout process. 

 

Q: How do I know that my order is being worked on and nothing is missing?

A: When your order status has changed from pending to processing your order has been fully reviewed and a Unlock Code is being generated

 

Q: What is the delivery  time for this service?

A: Delivery time for each service is listed on the page for the service you purchased

 

Q: What happens if we cant find an unlock code for your phone?

A: A refund will be issued immediately along with an email explaining why an unlock code.

 

Q: Once I receive the unlock code how do I enter it?

A: Instructions will be emailed with EVERY unlock code sent out. Just look at the bottom of the signature for the link or at the bottom navigation bar of our website.

 

Q: What happens if the phone I unlocked using your service gets lost or damaged and I need to replace it?

A: Unfortunately it will need to be re-ordered as the same code cannot be used as they are generated per IMEI.

Q: Can My Phone Be Damaged?

A: The service and method is completely safe.

 

Q: How do I use a coupon code?

A: At the checkout screen there is a button that states, "apply". Please click this after you have entered the coupon code so that it discounts the product(s) you are purchasing.

 

Q. How many times should I enter a code?

A: Only ONCE! Most all devices only allow for 10 entries after the tenth time the device can ONLY be unlocked via a usb cable method. We are not responsible for multiple entries to a device and hard locking it. We will continue to work with you if you have not exhausted ALL your entries.

ONCE A CODE IS GENERATED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! WE WILL WORK WITH YOU UNTIL WE HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL METHODS WE HAVE AT OUR DISPOSAL. ONCE YOU HIT SUBMIT AND PAY FOR OUR SERVICE YOU AGREE AND ABIDE TO THESE TERMS THAT ARE SET FORTH.
